To support IT departments in helping users select the most value-adding projects, SNCF group (French public railway corporation) and Semantys (IT consulting firm) have developed an evaluation method, which extends the FP analysis by including additional deliverables that are based on the Basic Functional Components. This webinar offers a focus on the steps of this method with concrete illustrations, the deliverables’ uses and feedback on the business value of IT management in some French organizations.
